For avoid unpleasant mistakes, we recommend you to take great care about chosen periods, beach office and beach umbrella and/or cabin, that you select before completing the booking. Your choices will be recapitulate before proceeding with the payment and they will also be notified by e-mail to the address you entered during the booking.
Cancellation and rebooking
It’s not possible cancel and/or change the reservation.
In case of failure to use the reservation, the poured sums will be not refund.
Beach umbrella and/or Cabin
The light areas are composed of 1 beach umbrella and two sunbeds with a sun shade.
The élite areas are composed of 1 beach umbrella shaped as a pagoda, two sunbeds with a pillow and a sunshade.
The VIP areas are composed of 1 larger beach umbrellas, two beach beds king size with pillow and sunshade, small table, bar service under your beach umbrella, and reserved shower activated with bracelet.
Payment
The adopted system allows to pay through the new system of payment PayPal in total comfort and security. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can pay directly with credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) without any problem. Both are secure and fast systems, that let the order evasion in real time without additional costs.
The payments with credit card are made on a connection protected from coding to 128 bits with PayPal to ensure the security of sensitive data supplied needed for payment.
On the beach
The reservation, once improved, gives the customer the opportunity to access directly the beach place booked without having to pass through the ticket office of the bathhouse; however, we recommend you to contact the beach attendant to be accompanied to beach umbrella.
The system will send with e-mail the receipt of payment with all the reservation details.
To be able to take possession of the beach umbrella or of the cabin booked, you will have to present yourself at the beach with the receipt of payment, which must be submitted to the beach attendant and in case of control.
