With the initiative "Week on the beach and surroundings" company Lignano Pineta and company S.l.L. try to inform their guests about what they can do, apart from relaxing under the beach-umbrella, to experience a really fulfilling holiday on the beach

"Week on the beach and surroundings" bases on the idea to offer further services to guests spending many hours a day on the beach and having thus a lot of time to read a newspaper
or a magazine

The coupons for a week-ticket of beach equipment can be torn off a brochure explaining this action an
exchanged in a newspaper shops against a weekly copy of the magazine "Il Friuli" or a daily copy of newspaper "Abendzeitung". Tourists receive this brochure at the beach-office together with the receipt of beach-umbrella, deckchairs and beach-beds. The brochure contains the address of the various newspaper shops to make it
easier for the toursits to spot them on their way to the beach. The brochure contains also free or discounted
tickets for amusements and attractions on the beach (pedal boats, canoes, windsurf, swimming and windsurf schools, etc.), near teh beach (miniature golf, babysitting "Divertitom", playgorund "I Gommosi", thermal baths, etc.) and in Lignano (Aquasplash, Zoo-Park, tours with a motor boat, etc.).
